The garlic crabs are
great, the Alaska king crab succulent, and the Lobster Fra Diablo
worth the trip to Aruba.
Try the crusted shrimp, or any of
the carefully prepared fresh fish entrées, outside on the terrace overlooking
the water, or in the air-conditioned dining room with a wonderful seascape ambiance.
The Waterfront Crabhouse has
the largest lobster tank in the Caribbean and all fish are certified dolphin-safe,
caught by hook and line.
All meats are grilled at 1400° F on a lava
rock gas grill, for a healthy seared exterior and juicy center. Everything from warm corn
bread to Key lime pie is made from scratch and served with a smile.
